WJW Associates, LTD, founded in 1979 by William J. Wright, is a full service transportation and logistics company dedicated to excellent customer service and a respect for employees and customers alike. Over the course of the last 25 plus years, WJW has evolved from a simple transportation brokerage operation to a full fledged 3PL operation encompassing private fleet operations, contract transportation and warehousing, freight management and international shipping.
In 1992, the Mr. Griff Williams and Mr. Al Morgan purchased WJW from William Wright, the company’s founder. This started the transformation of WJW from a simple agency transportation broker to a full-fledged asset based transportation company. During this period of growth, WJW opened a second terminal in Medina, NY, as it expanded through warehousing, international shipping and private fleet operations.
In 2002, WJW expanded its operations in Jacksonville, FL. It was from this operation that Mr. Morgan and Mr. Williams met R. Kyle Fresh and David Misiuta, the current managing partners of WJW. Mr. Fresh and Mr. Misiuta owned a small consulting firm, which was subsequently sold to WJW Associates as Mr. Fresh and Mr. Misiuta have helped expand the service offerings and scope of operations for WJW. WJW maintains committed to customers, employees and service providers alike with an emphasis on establishing lasting partnerships that provide outstanding service to all.
